	Remove/install
1	Remove front bumper	Model 164, 166 (except 166.074/874), 292 Model 292	AR88.20-P-2000GQC
		Model 164	AR88.20-P-2000GZ
		Model 166 (except 166.074/874)	AR88.20-P-2000GQ
2	Open engine hood	Model 166.074/874	AR88.40-P-1000GQ
3	Remove rear section of fender liner in right front fender	Model 166.074/874 Model 166.074/874	AR88.10-P-1300GQ
4	Remove screws/bolts (4)	Bolt, washer fluid reservoir to frond end	*BA82.35-P-1001-01B
5.1	Unhook washer fluid reservoir (2) from upper longitudinal member	Model 166.074/874, 292
5.2	Pull washer fluid reservoir (2) out of wheel well and remove	Model 166 (except 166.074/874) Insert pin (3) of washer fluid reservoir (2) into upper longitudinal member and wheel well.
6	Remove filler neck (5)	Model 164, 166.874, 292
7	Unclip electrical lines and washer fluid hoses from washer fluid reservoir (2)	Ensure that electrical lines and washer fluid hoses are routed correctly. If necessary, replace cable ties.
8	Release and disconnect electrical connectors from windshield washer system pump (6) and from windshield washer system fluid level control sensor (8)
9	Release and disconnect electrical connector from headlamp cleaning system pump (7)	Model 164, 166 with code 600 (Headlamp cleaning system)
10	Detach washer fluid hose and catch escaping washer fluid	Ensure that washer fluid hoses are correctly engaged. Leaks are prevented in this way.
11	Release and disconnect electrical connector from spray nozzle hose heater (9)	Model 166, 292 with code 875 (Heated windshield washer system)
12	Detach washer fluid hoses from heat exchanger and catch escaping washer fluid
13	Detach washer fluid hoses from windshield washer system pump (6) and catch escaping washer fluid	Ensure that washer fluid hoses are correctly engaged. Leaks are prevented in this way.
14	Remove washer fluid reservoir (2) downwards
15	Install in the reverse order
16	Fill up washer fluid reservoir (2)	Model 292	AP82.35-P-8210B
		Model 164, 166	AP82.35-P-8210GZ
	Check
17	Perform function check of windshield washer system and headlamp cleaning system
