Remove/Install Xenon Light Power Supply Module - AR82.10-P-4635GQ

Shown on the left front lamp unit 

DANGER Risk of death  when working on component parts and systems with U ≤= 30 V alternating voltage (AC) or U ≤= 60 V direct voltage (DC) Do not touch damaged or defective live component parts and lines or non-insulated electrical connections and lines. AS00.00-Z-0035-01A
DANGER Risk of explosion/risk of fire  caused by highly flammable materials in the vicinity of damaged xenon bulbs. Risk of injury  caused by UV light, hot components on xenon headlamps and glass splinters produced by bursting xenon bulbs. Risk of poisoning  caused by inhalation of mercury vapors and by swallowing of/skin contact with toxic salts and mercury compounds. Do not touch parts conducting high voltage. Persons with active electronic implants  (e.g. cardiac pacemakers) must never work on xenon headlamps. Switch off the entire lighting system. Wear insulated safety shoes, safety glasses and protective gloves. Remove highly inflammable materials from the danger zone. Ensure sufficient ventilation in the working area. AS82.10-Z-0001-01A

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install

REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS
Carry out initial startup of left xenon light power supply module (E1n4) or right xenon light power supply module (E2n4)
Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory
Only when replacing left xenon light power supply module (E1n4) or right xenon light power supply module (E2n4). AD00.00-P-2000-04A
2 Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key or KEYLESS-GO start/stop button from electronic ignition lock control unit    
3 Remove front section of fender liner in fender   AR88.10-P-1310GQ
4 Remove bolt (1)    
5 Remove left xenon light power supply module (E1n4) or right xenon light power supply module (E2n4) from lamp unit and disconnect electrical connector INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Make sure that the seal (2) is seated correctly.  
6 Install in the reverse order
