Install And Weld In Outer Part Of Rear Center Section - Ar64.20-P-1000-10GQ

1. Install inner rear center section (1), lower rear center section and outer rear center section, tail lamps and seal and fit.
2. Check and adjust gap dimensions.
3. Fix inner rear center section (1) in place with vise grip pliers.
4. Remove tail lamps and seal.
5. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in inner rear center section (1) (areas F₁ and F₂ ).
6. Remove inner rear center section (1).
7. Deburr rivet holes on inner rear center section (1) on both sides.
8. Remove drilling shavings with wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
9. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.

10. Install inner rear center section (1), fit and fix in place.
11. Inner rear center section (1) (areas H₁ , H₂ , H₃ , H₄ , I₁ , I₂ , I₃ , I₄ , J₁ and J₂ ).
12. Rivet inner rear center section (1) with Polygrip Ø 6.4X 14 flat/round head rivets (areas G₁ and G₂ ).
13. Inner rear center section (1) SG (areas K₁ and K₂ ).

14. Inner rear center section (1) RP (area L).
15. Install bottom rear center section (2), fit and fix in place.
16. Bottom rear center section (2) RP (areas M₁ , M₂ and M₃ ).
