2	Pull back protective sheath over AdBlue® line (1)
3	Disconnect AdBlue® line (1) and close off openings with stop plug	Replace sealing ring. Record plug	Fig 2

6	Remove AdBlue® metering valve (Y129) at exhaust pipe	Ensure correct positioning of the AdBlue® metering valve (Y129). The lugs of the AdBlue® metering valve (Y129) must sit in the grooves of the exhaust pipe. Non-observation leads to wrong assembly and damage to the AdBlue® metering valve (Y129). Replace seal.
	Clean
7	Clean AdBlue® line (1) at connection
8	Clean seat of the AdBlue® metering valve (Y129) in exhaust pipe and close off exhaust pipe with protective cover	Set of protective covers	Fig 1
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Read out fault memory and clear if necessary

	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. 11	Perform an engine test run and check exhaust system in the area of the AdBlue® metering valve (Y129) for leaktightness
