	Remove/install
1	Open engine hood and raise to vertical position	Engine 642 in model 166, 292 Engine 642 in model 166	AR88.40-P-1000GQ
2	Remove upper engine cover	Ensure correct seating of the engine cover.
3	Remove heat shield of turbocharger
4	Disconnect electrical connection from exhaust pressure sensor (B60)
5	Remove exhaust pressure sensor (B60)	Replace sealing ring. Engine 642 in model 166, 292 with code 474 (Diesel particulate filter) Exhaust pressure sensor to exhaust gas recirculation line	*BA07.04-P-1005-01G
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Connect diagnostic system, read out fault memory and delete if necessary Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
