Remove/Install Oil Feed Line For Turbocharger - AR09.40-P-6022CD

ENGINE 651 in MODEL 166, 172, 204, 207, 212, 218, 221 

	Remove/install
	Risk of death  when touching components on vehicles with high-voltage on-board electrical system	Do not touch damaged or defective components and open lines of the high-voltage on-board electrical system. 	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A

6	Remove banjo bolts (4) and oil feed line (1)	Plug openings. Replace seals rings for banjo bolts (4). Banjo bolt, oil line to turbocharger	*BA09.40-P-1005-01P

8	Remove screw/bolt (5)	Bolt for oil line bracket	*BA09.40-P-1004-01P
9	Remove screw/bolt (6) and pull out oil feed line (2) from crankcase	Replace sealing ring for oil feed line (2). Bolt, oil line to crankcase	*BA09.40-P-1006-01P
10	Install in the reverse order
11	Check engine oil level, correct if necessary	The engine oil level must lie between "Min" and "Max". Engine damage can occur otherwise.
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear buttoned-up and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
12	Perform an engine test run and check oil feed lines (1, 2) for leaktightness
