| 1 | Blow out coolant for low-temperature water circuit | AR09.41-P-6834MLJ | |
| 2 | Disconnect electrical connection (2) on charge air cooler circulation pump (M44) | ||
| 3 | Remove screw/bolt (3) and remove the bracket (4) | ||
| 4 | Detach coolant hose (6) at charge air cooler circulation pump (M44) | ||
| 5 | Remove circulation pump for charge air cooler (M44) | ||
| 6 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| Check | |||
| 7 | Check engine cooling system for leaktightness | AR20.00-P-1010GQ | |
| 8 | Risk of accident
from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury
(bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Perform an engine test run, check engine cooling system for proper operation and leaktightness |
