| 3 | Remove front bumper | Remove/install front bumper Engine 642 in model 292 |

| 4 | Remove mounting bracket (4) | ||
| 5 | Pull charge air cooler (1) out of the upper mount (2) | ||
| 6 | Tilt charge air cooler (1) towards the front and remove from bumper (3) | ||
| 7 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 8 | Risk of accident
from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury
(bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Perform an engine test run and check for leaktightness |
