Task 

The windshield washer system pump (M5/1) delivers the washer fluid to the spray nozzles of the windshield. If these vehicles have a rear window washer system, the windshield washer system pump has two outputs and supplies the rear window washer system via the second output. The washer fluid is delivered through one of the two outputs depending on the rotor's direction of rotation.

The windshield washer system pump is actuated by the central controller unit (depending on the vehicle, the SAM control unit (N10) or front SAM control unit (N10/6)).
