The mobile phone cradle control unit has the following functions:

• Inductive charging
• Mobile phone connection to the vehicle outer antenna (only with code 899 (Multifunction telephony), only front mobile phone cradle control unit)
• NFC interface for Bluetooth® and WiFi authorization
• NFC interface for mobile phone authorization

Location 

The mobile phone cradle control unit is located in the center console.

Function requirement 

• Circuit 15R ON

Structure 

Depending on the equipment, the mobile phone cradle control unit contains the following components:

• NFC antenna
• Induction loop for inductive charging
• Antenna for capacitive coupling with the car antenna
