Remove/Install Engine Charge Air Duct Upstream Of Charge Air Cooler - AR09.41-P-8623OGR

ENGINE 642 in MODEL 166, 292 

	Remove/install
1	Remove upper engine cover	Ensure correct seating of the engine cover.
2	Unclip pipework for Active Roll Stabilization on impact plate	Engine 642 in model 166, 292 with code 468 (ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM) The impact plate is installed in front of the belt drive.
3	Remove impact plate
4	Remove engine charge air hose upstream of charge air cooler at the engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler (6)	Thoroughly clean connections, check sealing rings and catch springs for damage and correct seating; replace if necessary. Leaks can occur otherwise.	AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
5	Detach coolant hose out of bracket (2)
6	Remove screw/bolt (3) and take off retaining clamp (4)
7	Remove screw/bolts (5)	Engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler to oil filter housing	*BA09.41-P-1003-01J
		Engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler to bracket	*BA09.41-P-1002-01J
8	Remove engine charge air channel upstream of charge air cooler (6)	Detach engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler (6) downwards from engine charge air duct on the turbocharger. Replace sealing rings on engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler (6).
9	Install in the reverse order
