	Remove/install
1	Slacken poly-V belt and remove		AR13.22-P-1202MLJ
2	Remove underfloor paneling	Engine 157, 278 in model 166, 292 Only perform when removing the clamping device (1).	AR61.30-P-1001GQ
3	Swivel tensioning device (1) at hexagon (4) counterclockwise and lock in place using drift (8)	Only perform when removing the clamping device (1).
4	Remove screw/bolts for clamping device (1)	Only perform when removing the clamping device (1). Bolt, poly-V belt tensioning device to timing case cover	*BA13.25-P-1001-01Y
5	Remove clamping device (1) downwards	Only perform when removing the clamping device (1).
6	Clamp tensioning device (1) in a vise, swivel at hexagon (4) in an anti-clockwise direction, pull out drift (8) and slacken tensioning device (1)	Only perform when removing the clamping device (1). The clamping device (1) can be mounted in both a locked and an unlocked condition.
7	Remove left charge air pipe	Only perform when removing the guide pulleys (3). When removing the guide pulley (3) on the left engine side.	AR09.41-P-8620MLJ
8	Remove screw/bolts for guide pulleys (3) and remove guide pulleys (3)	Only perform when removing the guide pulleys. Bolt, guide pulley to carrier	*BA13.25-P-1002-01Y
		Bolt, guide pulley to coolant pump/oil filter/timing case cover	*BA13.25-P-1005-01Y
9	Remove screw/bolts for upper guide pulley (5)	Engine 157, 278 in model 166, 292 except code 468 (ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM) Only perform when removing the guide pulleys (3). Bolt, guide pulley carrier/ABC pump to timing case cover/coolant pump	*BA13.25-P-1003-01Y
10	Detach upper guide pulley (5) and carrier from timing case cover	Engine 157, 278 in model 166, 292 except code 468 (ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM) Only perform when removing the guide pulleys (3). Bolt, guide pulley to coolant pump/oil filter/timing case cover	*BA13.25-P-1005-01Y
11	Install in the reverse order
