Remove/Install Throttle Valve Actuator - AR07.51-P-1401GQC

	Remove/install
1	Remove partition wall between wheel wells	Engine 276.8 in model 251
			AR62.30-P-2400RT
2	Remove upper engine cover
3	Detach charge air pipes on ATL		AR09.41-P-8620GQC
4	Unfasten clamp (2) from charge air cooler (1) at throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
5	Detach charge air cooler (1) and pull to the front with attached coolant hoses		AR09.41-P-6819GQC
6	Disconnect electrical connection (4) at throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
7	Remove screw/bolt (3)	Bolt, air duct housing and throttle valve actuator to air intake pipe	*BA09.20-P-1004-01T
8	Take throttle valve actuator (M16/6) out of the engine compartment	Replace seal and ensure correct seating during assembly.
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and clear if necessary
			AD00.00-P-2000-04A
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
11	Carry out an engine test run, checking the engine for proper operation and leaktightness
