Remove/Install Chain Tensioner - AR05.10-P-7800CD

ENGINE 651 in MODEL 166, 172, 204, 207, 212, 218, 221

	Remove/install
1	Remove cover for air intake box on the right and remove air intake box on the right	Model 166
2	Remove right partition wall section	Model 166
3	Remove air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1150CD
4	Remove air filter housing holder (5)	To do this remove screw/bolts (6, 7) and place air filter housing holder (5) with electrical lines to one side.
5	Remove screws/bolts (1) and remove heat shield (2)	Bolt, shield to exhaust manifold	*BA14.10-P-1002-01P
6	Unfasten screw/bolt (8) and push heat shield holder (9) downwards	ENGINE 651 in MODEL 166, 172, 204, 207, 212, 218, 221 with CODE B03 (ECO start/stop function) To allow access to chain tensioner.
7	Remove chain tensioner (3)	Collect escaping engine oil with rags. Chain tensioner in cylinder head	*BA05.10-P-1001-01Q
8	Replace sealing ring (4) of chain tensioner (3)		AR05.10-P-7800-04OLD
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Perform an engine test run and check engine for leaktightness	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
