Remove/Install Instrument Cluster - AR54.30-P-6015GQ

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Connect diagnostic system and store basic data of instrument cluster (A1) When replacing the instrument cluster (A1).  
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-04A
2 Move steering wheel to rear and down    
3 Switch off ignition and keep transmitter key at a location beyond transmitter range (at least 2 m)    
4 Remove left trim piece of instrument panel   AR68.10-P-1180GQ
5 Unclip cover (2) from lower trim of instrument panel SPECIAL TOOL Extraction hook Fig 1
6 Remove screws/bolts (3) from instrument cluster (A1)    
7 Unclip instrument cluster (A1) from instrument panel SPECIAL TOOL Extraction hook Fig 1
8 Detach electrical connectors from instrument cluster (A1)    
9 Remove instrument cluster (A1)    
10 Install in the reverse order    
  Initial startup     
11 Perform SCN coding When replacing the instrument cluster (A1). AR54.21-P-0015X 
12 Transfer previously stored basic data of old instrument cluster (A1) to new instrument cluster (A1) When replacing the instrument cluster (A1).  
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS AD00.00-P-2000-04A
13 Perform initial startup of instrument cluster (A1) When replacing the instrument cluster (A1).
