Remove/Install Vacuum Pump - AR43.05-P-1320OGR

	Remove/install
1	Open engine hood and raise to vertical position	Model 166, 292 with engine 642 Model 166 with engine 642	AR88.40-P-1000GQ
2	Remove upper engine cover	Do not install the upper engine cover until an engine test run has been performed.
3	Unscrew bolts (1s) and remove noise damper (1)	Check that the sealing ring on the noise damper (1) is undamaged and seated correctly; replace if necessary. Screw/bolt for noise damper	*BA43.05-P-1003-01A
4	Detach wiring harness (2) from holder (3)
5	Remove bracket (3)
6	Detach line (4) from vacuum pump (5).
7	Unscrew bolts (5s) and remove vacuum pump (5) towards the front	Replace seal. Align the driver of the vacuum pump (5) with the cutout in the camshaft. Replace the aluminum screws out in at the works with steel screws. Bolt, vacuum pump to cylinder head	*BA43.05-P-1001-01A
	Clean
8	Clean sealing surfaces	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
9	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear buttoned-up and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
10	Perform engine test run and check vacuum pump (5) for leaktightness and correct operation
