Remove/Install Vacuum Pump - AR43.05-P-1320MLJ

	Remove/install
1	Remove upper engine cover
2	Remove left section of partition wall (1)	Make sure that the left section (1) of the partition wall is seated correctly.
3	Remove left air filter housing (2)
4	Disconnect connector (3) of engine wiring harness
5	Detach vacuum line (4) from vacuum pump (7)
6	Detach vacuum hose (5) from vacuum pump (7)
7	Remove screws/bolts (6) from vacuum pump (7)	Replace bolts (6). Model 166 with engine 157, 278 Model 292 with engine 157, 278Bolt, vacuum pump to cylinder head/cylinder head cover	*BA43.05-P-1001-01K
8	Remove vacuum pump (7) in upward direction	Clean sealing surfaces and replace gasket. Note the position of the drive plate of the vacuum pump (7) during assembly.
	Check
9	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Test run engine and carry out leak check	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
