Remove/Install Cargo Area Connector Box - AR54.10-P-0010GZ

MODEL 164, 166, 292 

Shown on model 164.1 

	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and keep transmitter key at a location beyond transmitter range (at least 2 m)
2	Open liftgate	MODEL 164.1, 166.0 The load compartment socket (X58/4) is located in the trim (1) at the right side of the load compartment. MODEL 164.8, 166.8, 292 The load compartment socket (X58/4) is located in the trim (1) at the left side of the load compartment.
3	Fold up housing lid (2)
4	Use pliers to release load compartment socket (X58/4) from housing (3) and to pull it out (arrow A)	Do not turn the load compartment socket (X58/4) when pulling out. Make sure that both guides (arrows B) are fed into the housing grooves (3). Slide the load compartment socket (X58/4) into the housing (3) until it engages (arrow C). Pliers	Fig 1
5	Disconnect electrical connection (4)
6	Release housing (3) at both catch tabs (5) and pull out of panel (1) at side in load compartment
8	Install in the reverse order
