Prepare Front Glass Cover For Installation - AR77.21-P-7010-03SX

MODEL 166, 207.3, 212, 221.1 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) 

1. Check front glass cover (1) for damage.

   If there is a problem, replace front glass cover (1).

2. Attach suction lifter to the outside of the front glass cover (1) and lay down front glass cover (1), with the inside pointing upward, on a suitable base.
3. Apply cleaner with one part of the cleaning cloth to the bonding surfaces on the inside of the front glass cover (1) and wipe off with the other part of the cleaning cloth.
4. Apply primer uniformly, covering the entire inside of the front glass cover (1).
5. Model 166

   with code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) Insert wind deflector (2) in the terminal strip (5) of the front glass cover (1).

   The front glass cover (1) is installed together with the wind deflector (2).
