Install Front Glass Cover - AR77.21-P-7010-05SX

MODEL 166, 207.3, 212, 221.1 with CODE (413) Panoramic glass roof with top sliding roof 

Install front glass cover (1) within 5 min after applying adhesive to body, otherwise, adhesion force of glue will be impaired.

Shown on model 221 

1. Position front glass cover (1) above roof cutout with aid of helper and carefully set down on adhesive bead and press down lightly.
2. Remove adhesive tape (2) for arresting lip on windshield.
3. Align front glass cover (1) in relation to roof paneling, windshield and front glass roof in conformance with dimensions noted before removal.

   Ensure that front glass cover (1) is flush with the front glass roof on the side (arrow A).

4. Align height of front glass cover (1) in relation to windshield and front glass roof by pressing down, according to dimensions noted.

   Immediately remove contamination caused by the adhesive.

5. Carefully remove cup suction tool.

   Cup suction tool/shackle (for removing and installing windows)
