Remove/Install Wet Clutch - AR27.51-P-0300MNE

	Remove
1	Remove the transmission (1)	Transmission 725.09 in model 213 with engine 177 with code M005 (4MATIC)	AR27.10-P-0505MNE
		Transmission 725.06 in model 217, 222 with engine 177 except code M005 (4MATIC)	AR27.10-P-0505MNM
		Transmission 725.09 in model 217, 222 with engine 177 with code M005 (4MATIC)	AR27.10-P-0505MNN
2	Without tilting it, detach wet clutch (2) from the transmission input shaft
3	Check if sinuous spring (5) is seated on transmission input shaft	If there are problems ↓ Remove sinuous spring (5) from wet clutch (2).
4	Drain transmission oil from wet clutch (2) by letting it pass through a clean rag	If there are metal shavings in cloth ↓ Replace wet clutch (2).
5	Remove seal rings (4, 6)	Always replace the sealing rings (4, 6). Otherwise leaks may occur.
6	Remove sinuous spring (5)	Always replace sinuous spring (5). Otherwise leaks may occur.
7	Remove radial shaft sealing ring (3)		AR27.40-P-0300MNE
	Install
8	Install new radial shaft sealing ring (3)		AR27.40-P-0300MNE
9	Install new seal ring (6)
10	Install new sinuous spring (5)
11	Install new seal ring (4)
12	Without tilting it, insert wet clutch (2) by moving it slightly to and fro	Do not use force. Otherwise, the axial end stop on the wet clutch (2) will be destroyed. The oil pump drive spigots must latch into the disengagement shift tubes of the wet clutch (2).
13	Check if the wet clutch (2) gives way by lightly pushing it	Do not push the wet clutch (2) up to the end stop in the transmission housing. Otherwise, the sinuous spring (5) will lose its preload.
14	Install the transmission (1)	Transmission 725.09 in model 213 with engine 177 with code M005 (4MATIC)	AR27.10-P-0505MNE
		Transmission 725.06 in model 217, 222 with engine 177 except code M005 (4MATIC)	AR27.10-P-0505MNM
		Transmission 725.09 in model 217, 222 with engine 177 with code M005 (4MATIC)	AR27.10-P-0505MNN
