| 2 | Detach charge air cooler (1) and pull with attached lines and coolant hoses to the front | AR09.41-P-6819MMV | |
| 3 | Release and disconnect electrical connection from throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 4 | Remove screw/bolt (3) | *BA09.20-P-1004-01T | |
| 5 | Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 6 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 7 | Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and clear if necessary | AD00.00-P-2000-04B | |
