Disconnect/Connect Engine Wiring Harness To Remove Right Cylinder Head Cover - AR15.18-P-1000-06MNG

1. Remove screw/bolts (2) .
2. Remove screw (3) of ground line .
3. Release and disconnect electrical connector of right quantity control valve (Y94/2).
4. Release and disconnect electrical connector of ignition coil for cylinders 3+4 (T4/1).
5. Release and disconnect electrical connector of ignition coil for cylinders 1+2 (T4).
6. Release and disconnect electrical connector of right fuel pressure and temperature sensor (B42/1).
7. Release and disconnect electrical connector of right exhaust camshaft Hall sensor (B6/7).

8. Release and disconnect electrical connector of right intake camshaft Hall sensor (B6/5).
9. Release and disconnect electrical connector of right charge air temperature sensor (B17/15).
10. Release and disconnect electrical connector of right exhaust camshaft adjustment solenoid (Y49/7).
11. Release and disconnect electrical connector of right intake camshaft adjustment solenoid (Y49/5).
12. Release and disconnect electrical connector of pressure sensor upstream of right throttle valve (B28/21).
13. Release and disconnect electrical connector of pressure sensor downstream of right throttle valve (B28/23).
14. Release and disconnect electrical connector of right overrun mode bypass air switchover valve (Y101/2).
15. Release and disconnect electrical connector of right throttle valve actuator (M16/61).
16. Release bracket (5) and remove engine wiring harness (1) in direction of arrow.
17. Unclip engine wiring harness (1) at bracket (4).
18. Unclip subharness (11) at bracket (10).
19. Unclip engine wiring harness (1) at cylinder head cover.
20. Release and disconnect electrical connector (20).
21. Place engine wiring harness (1) to one side.
22. Connect in reverse order.
