	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A
	Remove/install
1	Remove transmission with start-off clutch	Engine 177 in model 253 with transmission 725.0 with code M005 (4MATIC)	AR27.10-P-0505MNG
2	Insert retaining lock for starter ring gear in starter opening	Retaining lock	Fig 1
3	Remove screw/bolt (1)
	Notes on threaded connections fastened using a tightening angle-based tightening process		AH00.00-P-0020-01A
		Installation:  Install new screws (1) and tighten crosswise.
		Bolt, two-mass flywheel to crankshaft	*BA03.30-P-1002-01W
4	Take off flywheel (3)	Installation:  The cylinder pin (2) determines the installation position of the flywheel (3).
5	Check flywheel (3) for damage and wear	If a problem arises ↓ Install new flywheel (3).
6	Install in the reverse order
