2	Detach door seals from entrance area at left and right
3	Use suitable means to remove front right door sills and remove adhesive residue Notes on removing adhesive residues and foils on paint and metal surfaces with surface conditioning disks	Commercially available devices/tools  Battery-operated drill Left and right door sill moldings are no longer required. Use commercially available surface conditioning disk with dia.100 mm.	AH00.00-P-0013-01AK

9	Install front left illuminated door sill molding (E17/47) and front right illuminated door sill molding (E17/48)		AZ82.20-P-0005-10LWG

	Check
10	Carry out function check	Front left illuminated door sill molding (E17/47) or front right illuminated door sill molding (E17/48) is switched on by opening corresponding front door. Automatic shutoff takes place after approx. 5 min.
	Install
11	Install remaining parts
	Update Vehicle Documentation (VeDoc)
12	Attach "Illuminated door sill molding retrofitted as per AZ82.20-P-0005LWG note" under field organization texts on design group 68 and KG82
