Remove/install and adjusting differential lock shift cylinder - AR35.40-P-9131F

	Remove
	Risk of poisoning  from swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  from skin and eye contact with brake fluid	Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.	AS42.50-Z-0001-01A
1	Detach hydraulic line (4) from shift cylinder (3)
	Brake fluid notes		AH42.50-P-0001-01A
		Seal connections.
2	Unscrew union nut (5) and disconnect electrical connector on pressure switch (2)
3	Mark the installed position of the cylindrical actuator (3) relative to the axle tube	Only when shift cylinder (3) or parts of the differential lock are not replaced.
4	Remove the mounting bolts and remove shift cylinder (3)
	Install
5	Set mounting bore (6) for shift sleeve in the center of the opening in the axle tube
6.1	Mount shift cylinder (3) on the axle tube and screw in the mounting bolts	MODEL 463 (except 463.270/271) up to model year 2013/facelift 2012 When installing the old shift cylinder (3) and without replacing parts of the differential lock. Install shift cylinder (3) with new seal (1) in the installation position marked.
		Bolt, shift cylinder to axle tube	*BA35.40-P-1001-01A
6.2	Install and adjust shift cylinder (3)	MODEL 463 (except 463.270/271) up to model year 2013/facelift 2012
		MODEL 463 (except 463.270/271) up to model year 2013/facelift 2012 When installing a new shift cylinder (3) or when parts of the differential lock have been replaced. Install new seal (1).	AR35.40-P-9131-02F
		Bolt, shift cylinder to axle tube	*BA35.40-P-1001-01A
7	Mount connector of electrical connection and screw on union nut (5)
8	Fit hydraulic line (4)
