Remove/install and adjust wind deflector on tilting/sliding roof - AR77.20-P-2499GW

MODEL 463 (except 463.202) as of model year 2013/model refinement package 2012

	Remove/install
1	Open tilting/sliding roof
2	Unscrew bolts from chrome-plated strip (1) and remove chrome-plated strip (1)	All totaled 6 bolts are present.
3	Remove hold-down tool (3) from rear bearing
4	Pull hold-down (3) to rear out of wind deflector (2)
5	Pull wind deflector (2) out of center mount (4)
6	Carefully press wind deflector (2) together with wind deflector mount (5) on left and right out of shaft with suitable screwdriver
7	Remove wind deflector (2) upward
8	Install in the reverse order
	Adjust
9	Check tilting/sliding roof and wind deflector (2) for proper function	If the wind deflector (2) hits against the tilting/sliding roof panel when moving into the cutout: ↓ Change height by readjusting adjustment screw.
10	Check wind deflector (2) by moving back and forth	If wind deflector clatters (2): ↓ Hold wind deflector (2) at outer wind deflector mounts (5) on left and right and pull out of center mount in the center area (4). Slightly bend wind deflector (2) upward and press into center mount (4).
11	Check function of tilting/sliding roof or wind deflector (2) by performing test drive at approx. 100 km/h	Repeat procedure if necessary
