Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

- To do so, open the coolant expansion reservoir cap.
- Fill the coolant expansion reservoir with coolant.
- Close the coolant expansion reservoir cap.
- Set vehicle heating to maximum heat output.
- Set blower setting to position "1".
- Start engine and warm up to normal operating temperature (80 °C)
During engine warm-up, check heater and coolant hoses for leak tightness.
- Switch off engine.
- Check coolant level in coolant expansion reservoir, correct if necessary.
