| 1 | Unscrew cap (1) on expansion reservoir (2) | ||
| 2 | Suction coolant out of expansion reservoir (2) | Fig 2 | |
| 3 | Detach vent line (3) at expansion reservoir (2) | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 4 | Unlock retaining tabs (4) and pull out expansion reservoir (2) upwards | ||
| 5 | Detach coolant hose (5) on expansion reservoir (2). | Fig 3 | |
| 6 | Disconnect electrical connection (6) from coolant level switch | ||
| 7 | Remove expansion reservoir (2) upwards | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
