| 1 | Move brake pads of rear axle into assembly position. | AR42.10-P-1710-01LWE | |
Do not operate the service brake while "Move to assembly position" is shown. Otherwise the spindle in the brake caliper is damaged. |

| 2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (at least 2 m). | ||
| 3 | Remove left or right wheel and tire assembly from rear axle. | AR40.10-P-1102XG | |
| 4 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (1) at left electric parking brake actuator motor (M76/1) or at right electric parking brake actuator motor (M76/2). | ||
| 5 | Unscrew screws (2) at left electric parking brake actuator motor (M76/1) or right electric parking brake actuator motor (M76/2). | *BA42.10-P-1005-17B | |
| 6 | Remove left electric parking brake actuator motor (M76/1) or right electric parking brake actuator motor (M76/2). | ||
| 7 | Remove sealing ring (3) on left or right side and check. | If the sealing ring (3) is damaged. ↓ Replace the sealing ring (3). |

| 8 | Install in reverse order. | ||

| 9 | Perform brake test. | ||
