2	Insert extraction hook between instrument panel and instrument cluster	Insert extraction hook approx. 5 mm deep between instrument panel and instrument cluster.

3	Remove instrument cluster (A1)	Carefully pull left and right alternately.
4	Release and remove electrical connections (1, 2)	Picture A connection unlocked. Picture B connection locked. To unlock the connection, press locking button (arrow).
5	Remove instrument cluster (A1) to right
6	Install in the reverse order	The diagnosis from the instrument cluster takes place up to 06.1999 with HHT, as of 06.1999 with the diagnosis tool Star Diagnosis.
