	Preparatory activity
1	Lift vehicle with lifting platform.
		Model 213	AR00.60-P-1002LWG
		Vehicle must be horizontal. Otherwise, the rear-axle differential (1) will not be filled correctly and an incorrect oil filling capacity can lead to leakage and damage.	AR00.60-P-1006A
	Clean
2	Clean area surrounding threaded insert (4) and filling screw (1e).
	Remove
3	Remove filling screw (1e).
4	Release and disconnect electrical connector (2).
	Drain off
5	Remove threaded insert (4) with temperature sensor (3) and drain oil from rear axle differential (1).	The temperature sensor (3) remains in the threaded insert (4) and is not removed or released. Otherwise, this may lead to leakage and consequential damage.
	Clean
6	Clean threaded insert (4) and drain bore in the rear axle differential (1).	Loctite 7063 (400 ml) cleaning spray	*BR00.45-Z-1046-04 A
	Check
7	Check threaded insert (4) for re-usability.	If the threaded insert (4) is not damaged, ↓ proceed with operation step 8.1. If the threaded insert (4) is damaged, ↓ replace threaded insert (4) with temperature sensor (3) and continue with operation step 8.2.
	Install
8.1	Fasten threaded insert (4) with temperature sensor (3).	If the threaded insert (4) has not been replaced. Threaded insert, oil line/temperature sensor to rear axle differential	*BA35.31-P-1005-02H
8.2	Fasten new threaded insert (4).	If the threaded insert (4) has been replaced. Threaded insert, oil line/temperature sensor to rear axle differential	*BA35.31-P-1005-02H
9	Fasten new temperature sensor (3).	If the threaded insert (4) has been replaced. Temperature sensor to threaded insert/rear axle differential	*BA35.31-P-1008-02H
10	Connect and lock electrical connector (2).
	Pour in
11	Add oil to rear axle differential (1) up to lower edge of filling hole.	Only approved oils as per "SAE 75W-140 Limited Slip" may be used. Damage can otherwise occur.

	Clean
12	Clean filling hole in rear axle differential (1).	Loctite 7063 (400 ml) cleaning spray	*BR00.45-Z-1046-04A
	Check
13	Check filling screw (1e) for re-usability.	If the filling screw (1e) is not damaged, ↓ continue with operation step 14. If the filling screw (1e) is damaged, ↓ replace filling screw (1e) and continue with operation step 14.
	Install
14	Tighten filling screw (1e).	Oil filler screw of rear axle differential	*BA35.31-P-1002-02H

15	Lower vehicle with vehicle lift.
