General

A steering wheel electronics system is integrated into the multifunction steering wheel. This is connected to the network architecture of the vehicle. On vehicles equipped with a steering wheel heater the steering wheel rim can be heated.

For vehicles with a capacitive steering wheel, a hand detection system is integrated.
