1. Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in crosshatched areas (areas G and K).
2. Remove grinding dust.
3. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.

   Do not coat bonding surfaces with zinc dust paint (areas G).

   Otherwise adhesion problems may occur.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.

4. Prepare bonding surfaces on roof paneling rear section (1) in crosshatched areas (areas H).

   Observe processing specifications of adhesive.
