Install Front Roof Frame - Ar65.20-P-1006-05LWE

The following operation steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle on model 213.0 and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

1. Fit mounting console (2), roof frame and center roof paneling with spacer blocks and fix in place.

   When replacing mounting console (2).

   Observe dimensions and position of spacer blocks determined when removing center roof paneling.

2. Drill rivet holes on mounting console (2) with 0 6, 7 mm and countersink (area K).

   When replacing mounting console (2).

3. Remove mounting console (2), roof frame and center roof paneling.

   When replacing mounting console (2).

4. Apply 2-component adhesive to body in crosshatched areas (areas L).

   When replacing mounting console (2).

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

   Countersink rivet holes to create level surface when riveting.

   Otherwise it could collide with paneling parts above.

5. Install mounting console (2), fit and fix in place.

   When replacing mounting console (2).

6. Mounting console (2) rp (areas K₂ and K₃ ).

   When replacing mounting console (2).

7. Drill pilot holes in mounting console (2) with 0 6, 7 mm one sheet metal panel thick (area K₄ ).

   When replacing mounting console (2).

8. Mounting console (2) (area K₄ ).

   When replacing mounting console (2).

9. Rivet mounting console (2) with 0 6.4x14 countersunk head rivet (area K₁ ).

10. Fit roof frame (1) and fix in place.
11. Roof frame (1) rp 7  (areas A, B, C and D).
12. Roof frame (1) sg (areas E, F, G and H).
