Install Panoramic Sliding Roof Frame - AR77.21-P-0801-05LWE

1. Install panoramic sliding roof frame (8) on body.
2. Align panoramic sliding roof frame (8) with feeler gauge on left and right side of vehicle in relation to front roof rack mount (9) according to dimensions (A and B) determined during removal.

   The vehicle must not be moved for at least 10 h after gluing in panoramic sliding roof frame (8).

   Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.

   Observe installation position of windshield seal (10).

3. Tighten bolts (5) on basic carrier (7).
4. Install electrical wiring harnesses (6).

5. Position left and right stepped wedges (3) and tighten with bolts (4).

   The height of adhesive bead must be 3 mm when installed.

6. Position left and right mounting consoles (1) and tighten with bolts (2).
7. Place loads on panoramic sliding roof frame during curing time of adhesive.

   Use weights with large surface such as sandbags. Otherwise the panoramic sliding roof frame can be damaged.

8. Remove pad to protect roller sun blind.
