| 3 | Unclip wheel arch liner (1) first from rear retaining clips (arrows A) and then from front retaining clips (arrows b) on rear bumper (2) | ||
| 4 | Heat wheel arch liner (1) and detach from rear fender (3) | ||

| 5 | Remove adhesive residues from rear fender (3) and clean bonding surfaces | ||
| Notes on removing adhesive residues and foils on paint and metal surfaces with surface conditioning disks | AH00.00-P-0013-01AK | ||
Do not touch bonding surfaces with bare fingers and they should be free of dust, oil, grease, wax and other adhesive components or dirt residues. Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured. |

| 6 | Hook new wheel arch liner (1) first into front retaining clips (arrows B) and then clip into rear retaining clips (arrows A) on rear bumper (2) | ||
| 7 | Remove protective foils (4) on adhesive strips from wheel arch liner (1) starting in front area and press on wheel arch liner (1) | ||
| 8 | Close rear door | ||
