	Remove/install vehicle interior socket, front (X58/17)
1	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key or KEYLESS-GO start/stop button from electronic ignition lock control unit	KEYLESS-GO start/stop button only with CODE 889 (KEYLESS-GO).
2	Remove storage compartment (3)
3	Open flap of front vehicle interior socket (X58/17)
4	Release front vehicle interior socket (X58/17) using pliers (2) and pull out of stowage compartment (3)	The jaws of the pliers (2) must engage in the cutouts of the housing of the front vehicle interior socket (X58/17) (arrows).

	Remove/install vehicle interior socket (X58/1)
6	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key or KEYLESS-GO start/stop button from electronic ignition lock control unit	KEYLESS-GO start/stop button only with CODE 889 (KEYLESS-GO).
7	Remove rear ashtray/stowage compartment (1)	MODEL 207

8	Open flap on vehicle interior socket (X58/1)
9	Release front vehicle interior socket (X58/1) using pliers (2) and pull out of rear ashtray/stowage compartment (1)	The jaws of the pliers (2) must engage in the cutouts of the housing of the vehicle interior socket (X58/1) (arrows).
