  1. Release and disconnect electrical connector of right purging pressure sensor (B108/2).
  2. Release and disconnect electrical connector of left purging pressure sensor (B108/1).
  3. Release and disconnect electrical connector of left exhaust camshaft Hall sensor (B6/6).
  4. Release and disconnect electrical connector of left intake camshaft Hall sensor (B6/4).
  5. Release and disconnect electrical connector of cylinder 5+6 ignition coil (T4/2).
  6. Release and disconnect electrical connector of cylinder 7+8 ignition coil (T4/3).
  7. Release and disconnect electrical connector of left lambda sensor downstream of catalytic converter (G3/5x1).
  8. Unclip holder for electrical connectors (G3/5x1, G3/2x1).
  9. Release and disconnect electrical connector of left lambda sensor upstream of catalytic converter (G3/3x1).
  10. Release and disconnect electrical connector of cylinder 8 exhaust CAMTRONIC actuator (Y49/18).
  11. Release and disconnect electrical connector of cylinder 8 intake CAMTRONIC actuator (Y49/17).
  12. Release and disconnect electrical connector of cylinder 5 exhaust CAMTRONIC actuator (Y49/16).
  13. Release and disconnect electrical connector of cylinder 5 intake CAMTRONIC actuator (Y49/15).
  14. Release and disconnect electrical connector of left fuel pressure and temperature sensor (B42/2).
  15. Release and disconnect electrical connector of left charge air temperature sensor (B17/14).
  16. Release and disconnect electrical connector of pressure sensor downstream of left throttle valve (B28/22).
  17. Release and disconnect electrical connector of pressure sensor upstream of left throttle valve (B28/20).
  18. Release and disconnect electrical connector of left intake camshaft adjustment solenoid (Y49/4).
  19. Release and disconnect electrical connector of left exhaust camshaft adjustment solenoid (Y49/6).

  20. Release and disconnect electrical connector of fuel high-pressure pump (20).
  21. Unclip electrical connector (21) from cylinder head cover.
  22. Release and disconnect electrical connector (21).
  23. Release and disconnect electrical connectors of cylinder 5 to 8 fuel injectors (Y76/5, Y76/6, Y76/7, Y76/8).
  24. Remove screw (19) TORQUE SPECIFICATION .
  25. Remove screw/bolt (22) TORQUE SPECIFICATION .
  26. Remove screws/bolts (23) TORQUE SPECIFICATION .
  27. Connect in reverse order.
