Remove/Install Connecting Flange Of Charge Air Distributor On Right Cylinder Head - AR09.41-P-0010MND

	Remove
1	Remove charge air distributor		AR09.41-P-8683MND
2	Remove screw/bolts (9) of right connecting flange (10) from outwards inwards
3	Remove right connecting flange (10) upwards
4	Protect intake ports of the right and left cylinder head with clean rags against soiling and foreign objects
5	Remove sealant residues on right connecting flange (10) and on right cylinder head	The sealing surfaces on the right connecting flange (10) and on the right cylinder head must not have any foreign objects, scratches or grooves. Non-observance leads to leakage between the right connecting flange (10) and right cylinder head. Do not use any sharp-edged tools or abrasive paper. The sealing surfaces can get damaged otherwise. 	Install
6	Replace seals of right connecting flange (10) on right cylinder head
7	Remove the rags from the intake ports of the right and left cylinder head
8	Position right connecting flange (10) on right cylinder head
9	Remove screw/bolts (9) of right connecting flange (10) from inside outwards	Screw/bolt, intermediate flange to cylinder head	*BA09.41-P-1004-01R
10	Install charge air distributor		AR09.41-P-8683MND
