	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Perform initial startup of left headlamp control unit (E1n9) or right headlamp control unit (E2n9)	When replacing left headlamp control unit (E1n9) or right headlamp control unit (E2n9).
		Model 213 with code P35 (Light Package) except code 631 (Static LED headlamps, left-hand traffic) except code 632 (Headlamps, LED, static, right-side traffic)	AD00.00-P-2000-04B
		Model 238 with code P35 (Light Package) except code 631 (Static LED headlamps, left-hand traffic) except code 632 (Headlamps, LED, static, right-side traffic)	AD00.00-P-2000-06LWO
2	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m)
3	Remove left fender liner front section or right fender liner front section		AR88.10-P-1300LWE
4	Remove screws/bolts from left headlamp control unit (E1n9) or right headlamp control unit (E2n9)
5	Pull out left headlamp control unit (E1n9) or right headlamp control unit (E2n9) until electrical connector is accessible	: Ensure gasket is correctly installed.
6	Unplug electrical connector and remove left headlamp control unit (E1n9) or right headlamp control unit (E2n9)
7	Install in the reverse order
