Install And Weld In TAILLAMP Reinforcement - Ar63.20-P-2011-03LWE

Model 213.0/1 

The following operation steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle on model 213.0 and must be performed on the right side in the same way in the event of damage.

1. Install rear lamp reinforcement (1), fit and fix in place.
2. Drill rivet holes in rear lamp reinforcement (1) with 06.7 mm through present holes in body (area A).
3. Countersink rivet holes from outside (area A).
4. Remove rear lamp reinforcement (1).
5. Deburr rivet holes on rear lamp reinforcement (1) and body on both sides.
6. Remove drilling chips.
7. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.

8. Apply 2-component adhesive to crosshatched area of body.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

9. Install rear lamp reinforcement (1) and fix in place.
10. Rivet rear lamp reinforcement (1) with Ø 6.4x14.0 countersunk bind rivet (areas B).

    Clamping area 1.7 mm to 2.3 mm.

11. Rear lamp reinforcement (1) (areas C).
12. Rear lamp reinforcement (1) (area D).
