Location 

The Electronic Stability Program control unit is located on the traction system hydraulic unit in the left of the engine compartment in the engine compartment, next to the BAS brake booster (A7/7).

Chassis FlexRay 

The Electronic Stability Program control unit is a subscriber to chassis FlexRay. It communicates with the following control units:

The Electronic Stability Program control unit is a subscriber on the vehicle dynamics CAN. It communicates with the following control unit:

Evaluation of input factors 

The input factors that have been read in are evaluated by the integrated microprocessor and the affected components are then actuated.
