	Remove
1	Remove upper engine cover
2	Unclip vacuum line (4) from bracket (1)
3	Unlock and pull off vacuum line (4) on vacuum pump (2)
4	Remove bolt of bracket (1) from vacuum pump (2)
5	Detach vacuum hose (5) from vacuum pump (2)
6	Remove bolts (3)
7	Remove vacuum pump (2)
8	Clean sealing surfaces on vacuum pump (2), cylinder head and cylinder head cover	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
	Install
9	Position vacuum pump (2) with new seal	Note position of vacuum pump (2) driver.
10	Screw in screws (3)	Bolt, vacuum pump to cylinder head/cylinder head cover	*BA43.05-P-1001-01K
11	Attach vacuum hose (5) to vacuum pump (2)
12	Screw in bolt of bracket (1) on vacuum pump (2)	M6	*BA00.10-P-1002-01A
13	Connect vacuum line (4) to vacuum pump (2) and lock
14	Clip vacuum line (4) into bracket (1)
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
15	Test run engine and carry out leak check
16	Install upper engine cover
