(Detach/Attach Roller Sun Blind At Drive - AR72.12-P-1010-01LWV)

Model 213.1 with Code 297 (Electric roller sun blind in left and right Rear door) 

1. Completely close side window.
2. Slightly pull door paneling to side.
3. Extend roller sun blind (1) approx. 45 mm over sealing rail and disconnect electrical connector (2) from Rear door (3).

   It is not possible to extend or retract the roller sun blind (1) partially. Therefore it is necessary to disconnect the electrical connector (2) at the right time.

   Extending or retracting can be reversed any time by pushing or pulling.

   Helper required.

4. Move side window to lowest position.
5. Press ends (1.1) of retainer together with suitable pliers and remove roller sun blind (1) from drive (4).

6. Slightly pull out roller sun blind (1) and secure on door panel with suitable adhesive tape.

7. Completely close side window.

   If the roller sun blind motor is replaced.

8. Slightly pull door paneling to side.

   If the roller sun blind motor is replaced.

9. Connect electrical connector (2) to Rear door control unit (3).

   If the roller sun blind motor is replaced.

10. Extend drive (4) approx. 45 mm over sealing rail and disconnect electrical connector (2) from Rear door (3).

    If the roller sun blind motor is replaced.

    Do not extend drive (4) completely. Otherwise the window frame, drive (4) or roller sun blind can be damaged.

    The drive (4) can only be extended or retracted completely.

    Therefore it is necessary to disconnect the electrical connector (2) at the right time. Extending or retracting can be reversed any time by pushing or pulling.

    Helper required.

11. Loosen roller sun blind from door paneling and arrest on drive (4).

    Ensure that it arrest securely.

12. Slightly pull door paneling to side.

13. Connect electrical connector (2) to Rear door control unit (3).
