Prior to starting work, open engine hood, do not reach into rotation range or hazard area of freely rotating parts, wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes

The engine can start running suddenly through the remote-start function. Persons working in the area of freely rotating parts may be injured by this.

Safety instructions/precautions 

• Do not reach into the rotation range or hazard area of freely rotating parts.
• Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
• Remove all jewelry such as necklaces, rings, etc.
• Persons with long hair must wear a suitable head covering.
• Prior to starting work, the engine hood must be opened; this switches the remote-start function off.
