Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 2 | Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit | AR09.41-P-6834LW | |
| 3 | Unclip purge line (8) from charge air cooler (4) and place to one side | ||
| 4 | Remove coolant hoses (6, 7) from charge air cooler (4) | AR09.41-P-1311-01AL | |
| 5 | Remove vent line (1) from charge air cooler (4) | Fig 1 | |
| 6 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (10) | ||
| 7 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (12) | ||
| 8 | Unclip subharness (13) from mounting plate (11) | ||
| 9 | Unclip engine management control unit with bracket and place to one side with connected lines | ||
| 10 | Remove mounting plate (11) | ||
| 11 | Remove screw/bolts (2, 3, 9) | *BA09.41-P-1002-01U | |
| 12 | Remove charge air cooler (4) from throttle valve | ||
| 13 | Remove charge air cooler (4) from boot (5) and take out | ||
| 14 | Install in the reverse order | ||
