	Remove/install
1	Remove rear-end door panel
2	Disconnect electrical connector (2)
3	Unscrew nuts (3)
4	Slightly raise inner left rear lamp unit (E3/1) or inner right rear lamp unit (E4/1), route the brackets (4) out of the liftgate and remove inner left rear lamp unit (E3/1) or inner right rear lamp unit (E4/1)	Make sure that the brackets (4) are not tilted when they are raised. Otherwise the bracket (4) may break off and the inner left rear lamp unit (E3/1) or the inner right rear lamp unit (E4/1) will have to be replaced.
5	Disconnect electrical connector (5) and unclip lamp carrier (6)	When replacing inner left rear lamp unit (E3/1) or inner right rear lamp unit (E4/1).
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Perform function check of inner left rear lamp unit (E3/1) or inner right rear lamp unit (E4/1)
