	Remove/install
1.1	Remove intake manifold	Model 172 with engine 276
			AR09.20-P-1961W
1.2	Remove top engine cover	Model 172 with engine 274
2	Detach vacuum line (2) at vacuum pump (1).
3	Remove soundproofing	Model 172 with engine 274
			AR94.30-P-5400MRE
4	Detach vacuum hose (4) from vacuum pump (1)
5	Remove bolts (3) from vacuum pump (1)	Model 172 with engine 274 Place the wiring harness holder to one side. Replace bolts (3).
		Screw/bolt, vacuum pump to cylinder head/cylinder head cover	*BA43.05-P-1001-01K
6	Remove vacuum pump (1) upwards	Clean sealing surfaces and replace gasket. Note position of drive plate for vacuum pump (1) during assembly.
7	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
8	Test run engine and carry out leak check
