| 2 | Connect tubular frame (2) with cable tie at suitable point. e.g. to left or right console (3) | ||
| 3 | Open lock tab (4) and unclip tubular frame open limit switch (S119) from right trunk lid actuation hydraulic cylinder (1) | When removing right trunk lid actuation hydraulic cylinder (1). | |
| 4 | Lift upper retainer (5) and unclip left or right trunk lid actuation hydraulic cylinder (1) from tubular frame (2) | ||
| 5 | Lift lower retainer (6) on trunk lid actuation hydraulic cylinder (1) and unclip trunk lid actuation hydraulic cylinder (1) from lower mount (7) | ||
| 6 | Move retaining clips (8) on trunk lid actuation hydraulic cylinder (1) with suitable pliers and pull hydraulic lines (9) out of trunk lid actuation hydraulic cylinder (1). | ||
| 7 | Remove trunk lid actuation hydraulic cylinder (1) from trunk | ||
| Install | |||
| 8 | Fasten hydraulic lines (9) on trunk lid actuation hydraulic cylinder (1) and secure with retaining clips (8) | Connect line no. 40 at piston side and line no. 42 at rod side of right trunk lid actuation hydraulic cylinder (1). |

| 11 | Cable ties at the tubular frame (2), for securing against folding down the tank cap degrade, and lock the boot lid in the rear lid lock | ||
